Standard Delivery Rate & Time

We are based in our Blackburn South studio here in Melbourne. We currently deliver Victoria wide. Your orders are curated, packed and dispatched for delivery between 1-2 business days from your order date.

Metro & Greater Melbourne (1-3 business days) - $10

Regional Victoria (3-6 business days) - From $15

*Delivery rate & time will be calculated and reflected in the checkout page

 

The time frame provided by our couriers is a good guide of which the delivery is expected to arrive by. Unfortunately, we do not have control on how it is handled and the actual timeframe taken for delivery to occur due to unexpected courier delays.

We do not offer Express Shipping or Same Day Delivery currently as our delivery and courier processes have been curated to deliver your order in the fastest manner possible.

Click & Collect


If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, we are happy to provide Click & Collect option for all our customers at no extra cost. Collection is only during opening hours and available from our studio based in 8 Hunter Drive, Blackburn South 3130 VIC.

  1. Simply purchase your order

  2. Select the Click & Collect option at the Checkout page (Delivery method)

  3. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection. This will take between 1-2 business days from your order date. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting. Identification may be required for verification.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note that you are agreeing to Authority to Leave (ATL) when placing any orders from us. All packages will be left at the front door or in a safe place if no one is home during delivery. Every parcel is securely wrapped, packaged and delivery drivers notified that the parcel contains fragile items. Do note that some light shedding of dried/preserved flowers may inevitably occur during delivery due to their fragile nature.

 

We do not take responsibility for any damaged parcels during transit or missing parcels once we have safely passed your packages to our couriers for delivery. Ensure you enter the correct recipient and delivery information when placing your orders. Refunds or replacements will not be offered for any missing parcels.

 

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds unless an item is damaged due to a fault on our end (exception for damages that occur during transit). If this is the case, kindly email us at hello@justloved.co within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include photos/evidences of the damaged item.
